DO YOU HAVE ANY ITEMS THAT ARE READY TO SHIP? Typically no, as bags are specifically customized and made-to-order for each individual customer. However, at times I may have several pre-made bags on hand ready to ship without the production wait, just ask!
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS TO YOU ACCEPT? I accept payment though Paypal only at this time. You don't need an account to pay through Paypal, just a debit/credit card.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY ORDER? California residents will be charged CA sales tax.
WHAT METHOD OF SHIPPING DO YOU USE? Orders are shipped via Domestic USPS Priority mail which generally takes 2-4 business days. I ship to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your address is current and correct. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if your order must be resent due to providing an incorrect address. All orders are provided with a shipping notification and tracking number when your order is complete. Shipping for multiple items will be combined.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? YES! International orders are welcome.* I currently ship to Australia, Canada, and Europe via USPS Global Priority Mail. Delivery time is estimated at 7-14 days, but please allow additional delivery time (up to 4-6 weeks) for customs clearance. *PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for any and all import taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country-- we have no control over these charges. Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond my original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms, and will be marked as "merchandise" - no exceptions.
IS MY INFORMATION SAFE? Yes. Your private info will never be shared, sold or used in any other way than to process orders. If you sign up for the mailing list, your email address will only be used to receive our newsletters.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the case you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 DAYS of delivery and ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL AND UNUSED CONDITION.
Please have your item postmarked within 3 days of contacting me for a return.
If you are returning your item, PLEASE mail it back in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING as it was shipped to you in.
Not responsible for return shipping costs and they are not refundable. The purchase price, minus original shipping, will be refunded once I have received your returned item.
Refunds given to original purchaser only, gift returns will be given an exchange or store credit.
ILOVE YOUR DESIGNS BUT I WOULD LIKE A FABRIC I DON'T SEE ON YOUR SITE. CAN I HAVE SOMETHING MADE IN A DIFFERENT FABRIC? Of course! I love working with customers to create their special bag!* Please contact me if you are interested in a fabric not currently available in my shop... I can special order it for you**, or you can send in your own fabric. If there are designs or fabrics you would like to see in the future, let me know! I always take customer feedback into account when designing new items and ordering new fabrics for the shop. Make sure you check out the Custom Order Gallery to see past custom orders.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW BAG? While Hold Fast items are well constructed, please don't throw them in the wash! Vinyls should be wiped clean with a wet, warm sponge or cloth. Faux fur and fabric linings should be spot cleaned with warm soapy water (or a Shout wipe). Do not use bleach or alcohol/acetone based cleaners. *You can also find a care card included with all items.
MY BAG HAS GOTTEN A LITTLE WEAR AND TEAR OVER TIME, CAN YOU DO A REPAIR FOR ME? Yes, I can do repairs on most normal wear and tear issues such as rivets, straps or purse feet. Please email email@example.com and let me know if you are having any issues with your bag.
